I had a repeat job from a client I did of a base ball player where he was wearing a double hat ( I tried to find it but could not find it) It is fun to working on high quality water color paper, and really like how I am able to achieve really effective values and textures.
This week I have a Trade show at the Tampa Bay Convention center for DST output. Will share more soon! Good night

“NEW” Gallery opening for Wandering Star
I had a really great time at Tanya Galloway and her new Gallery/community called the Wandering Star Community Gallery project. I am so looking forward to drawing there, teaching and seeing if any of my paintings will sell. Please come by and support the downtown Largo and this new business that has a great heart and compassion to do well in the community! I can see this being a huge success, so please go to her site and see if you can be involved to help, because there are still needs! Here are some pictures from the Event!

Magic Suzy Coloring Page
I got a quick job to make a coloring page for a fellow entertainer Magic Suzy and her husband Joshua Seth. I might be simple but still fun to help other fellow artist!
Here is a testimonial I received from them today:
“Lars was able to take a promotional photo of me and turn it into a fun b&w line drawing. He was easy to work with and even did a requested revision without complaint. What a pro!”

Creative Hands revisited
I was looking thru old sketches and found this old creative sketch of some hands, my best friend Christopher Ratcliffe, and some other odd things. Here is the sketch from 1990-94 time at Ringling College of Art and Design.
I now had to play around with Photoshop and thought I would reawaken what I used to like to draw!

Creative Life
I have been in the dumps and was very over whelmed by alot of last minute work, but what really cheered me up was this old note I received from Regan Dunnick which was my proffessor in my portfolio class during my senior year at Ringling College of Art and Design. Well is was very motivating, and us artist always need direction.

Jason Seilers Class on Schoolism.com
I just wanted to tell you all how entirely grateful I am to have had the chance to learn from Jason Seiler on schoolism.com and he not just a great artist, father, husband, but he sincerely wants to see his students succeed! Thank You Jason for opening my eyes, telling me to calm down, see the shapes and at times squint my eyes!
