I hope you enjoy these drawings from my sketchpads, computer, and other materials. I am always studying faces and environments – always sketching (sometimes when I should be listening) and it really helps me see details I normally wouldn’t notice. My Friend Jason once told me when I took a class with him on Schoolism.com was to: focus; calm down and squint, squint, squint” I actually can listen and sketch at the same time, it helps me focus. I hope you enjoy this collection of quick and extended sketches. Keep drawing and sketching – I’m always learning too!

This section generally contains earlier work also. As a student, I did a lot of studies from the work of other artists who worked with different techniques and materials. I’m sure that I learned something from every drawing. I still view, appreciate, and borrow ideas from other artists work – whether it be composition, technique, color scheme, texture, or something else. Having my work studied and appreciated by other artists would be a great joy to me.
